Default 3rd dig servo?

Today i fried my 3rd dig servo and have no idea how that happened.
My epa's are set right and the linkage has very little slop.
When i use a 2s pack all is good, but when i use 3s my dig servo fries.
Mt BEC from casle is set to 6v and the internal BEC on my MMP is also set at 6V.
I am all out of thoughts how this could happen.
Anybody got this problem before?

One BEC at a time, did you pull the red wire out of you ESC going to the RX

Yes.
It is so weird, it only happens after running a few packs. No binding, the hole for the digfork shaft works also smooth and the dig works properly. Maybe the amp draw from 2 servos is to much for the BEC??

direct wire the steering servo to the external bec, then just run the esc bec to the receiver. no problems other than my old servo decided it wanted to lift a solder pad off the board.

i also ran into something when i was giving mine the once over. make sure that the servo horn is exactly centered when you put it on. mine was a touch off and cause the servo to fight just a bit.
