| Still some LCCs out here?
I'm about 4 years or more removed from crawling - but I liked my Losi Comp Crawler a lot. A buddy still has his, and I'm thinking about finding one to goof off with. No official comps probably - just playing around on the rocks.. Are they still popular enough to be able to find parts/etc? I know I haven't been able to find one for sale... Lots of night crawlers, but as I understand, night crawlers don't have the dig transmission - which I want. |

I'm keeping an eye out - actually trying to fight off the urge to pick up a wraith. I didn't know if there is still good parts support for the LCC. What all ARE the differences in the comp crawler and the night crawler? (I've seen a few if them for sale)

Parts are still available, and a Night Crawler will also fit your bill.

it would be nice if websites would remove them completely instead of listing them as out of stock., you can get ALL the lcc parts still for the most part I believe on Losi Parts House, or from HH, the lnc is a great platform to start from and change out what you want

Got one new in box late 2012 off of Ebay. Haven't seen a kit since, just used or LNC's. Aside from the tranny the LNC parts match right up to the LCC not that you need em. Haven't had to replace anything on mine other than motor and esc and Steering servo. The micro servo they use in the smaller losi's fit to the dig brackets and mount perfectly and as long as installed correctly and protected by a BEC last quite a long time. Only thing on my wish list for this build is the aluminum hubs and carriers. |

Good looking rig... I should have updated this thread - I found a deal on a used one bind-n-drive. Only got a 2 cell Goat system in it now, so not much wheelspeed at all compared to what I remembered running before. Would like to find a steal on a 3cell Goat or other other 3 cell capable brushless ESC. |
