Where can I park without getting someone (business) mad at me and getting my truck towed?

There are 2 sets of stairs, I just Park at the first set you come to. I forget which building it's behind but if you follow the parking lot around you should see them.

When are you planning on going? I'm thinking about going tomorrow afternoon when it warms up a bit. Anyone else want to go?

If I did go it would have to be in the morning. But like I said I don't have any body pins at the moment and only one battery. My wife works til noon this Saturday, and I have to meet her at a tire shop to get tires put on her car.

Wow!! Now I see where the spot is at Northshore. For the uninitiated, it is located at the East face of the Humana building. It is a beautiful spot. So nice that my wife, who does not RC, enjoys walking around the area while I crawl.

Spent about 40-45 minutes at Northshore today. Would have stayed longer but my jeep started glitching. Every so often it would lose forward and reverse. I could still steer the front tires but nothing else. If I picked up the truck and drop it about a foot it would work again for a while. Going to see if I can figure it out.
Going to see if I can go again this Saturday if weather permits. I think the wife is working til noon, if she is then I will be there.

If I can get the glitching figured out I should be there around 10 in the morning. I will post a definite time on Friday night. As to how long I will be there. As long as my battery lasts. Right now I have only one battery pack. Hope to get another one in the next week.

Novarider, and anyone else interested. I will be at northshore tomorrow around 10:00 tomorrow morning. I haven't had time to figure out the glitching problem. I'll be there as long as my battery lasts, probably an hour or so. Hope to meet some of you.

Hope you get better soon. I was at northshore for about 30 minutes til I lost a driveshaft set screw. Lost front wheel drive so I soent a couple of minutes doing donuts. When picking up the jeep to put it back on its wheels I noticed the back driveshaft set screw was halfway out.
What kind of threadlock do you use on the set screws?

I'll look for your set screws while I'm looking for half of my MIP front shaft. lol.

I use blue loctite. My screws didn't back out. I broke a pin. Bad pinion angle.

I appreciate that. I've ordered the parts needed to get back running and found a single ascender tire and wheel to use as a spare so now I will have all matching tires and wheels. As soon as I am back up and running I'll post here when I will be going back to northshore.

Got the truck fixed last night. Went over everything and checked all the pins, screws, nuts, etc...When able a battery is next. Then a four link kit front and rear from Vanquish. When link kit is being installed I'll go through the front and rear end and regrease.

Believe it or not I went to northshore today for a little while. Had to get out of the house, going stir crazy. Had fun in what little snow was left in the shade, the ice was a major PITA. Had to drive more aggressively to get across the rocks. Surprised I didn't break anything.
Hope everyone stayed safe and warm.

To anyone interested I will be at northshore this Saturday around 10:00 in the morning. Should be interesting to see what snow will be left. Supposed to be good weather that day. We'll see, hope so.

Right now I don't even have a lipo. I run a 5000 nimh battery with Tamiya ends. Being on disability for 3 months has sucked in the financial area. I start back working next week. I work nights Monday thru Friday. I get off at 5 in the morning Saturday so its hard to go crawling on Saturday's when I'm working. I have plenty of clothes to wear tomorrow. Hope to see you there novarider. If not maybe next time.
