|  2011 Texas State Finals Info Official Results  2011 Texas State Finals When: June 4th, 2011 Where: Llano, Tx Badu Park, 300 Legion Drive, Llano, Tx 78643 above the dam on the north side of river. Friday and prior to the comp Sat. the entire area will be off limits. The practice area will be under the bridge. "If found playing on you will get a automatic DQ for the day".Format: 1 day Each club will have all 3 courses 1.9,2.2 and super setup at the same time. That way anyone from any class can run when there ready. On the 4th course we will get 1 to 2 people from each club and share building them.Course setup area The areas that where each club can setup will not be predefined. On Friday, at 6pm, 1 leader from each club will draw straws. In the order of shortest to longest, the club leaders will pick a spot for where they will setup their 3 courses. If the club leader is not present, they will forfeit their opportunity to pick their area. I expect the club leaders to negotiate, if needed, the borders of the areas.Time Format We only open 2 courses at a time. Driver's meeting 7:30 Courses open at 8 in the morning, The first set of courses close at 12:00 and are picked up for the day, We brake for lunch tell 1:00 and open the other 2 courses and close them at 5:00. This is more than enough time to get all your courses in even if your running all three classes, So when a course closes it's closed for the day. So, just to clarify, each club needs to bring all materials for their courses/judges (i.e. gates for three courses, clipboards, chalk, stopwatches, etc.)??

Just in case anyone forgot or some of the newbs(if there are any) aren't aware: The TOP 5 drivers from each club, with at least 4 comps in that club are eligible for Invites to USRCCA Nationals. This applies to all three classes, all four clubs!!! Bring your A-games, only 4 invites are available per class!!  |
