|  ETXRCC Barnwell Mountain Run March 16th
We are planning a get together for March 16th at Barnwell Mountain in Gilmer, Tx. Entry to the park is $5 per person for the day. Everyone is invited to come and hang out. No comp, just a day of fun running our rigs and enjoying what we love.

Everyone's welcome! Hoping to get about 10 to 12 trucks together. Even if you don't have a truck and are just interested in coming to watch, join us! I am gonna try to get there around 8 am on Saturday and stay til dark. Any questions just post here or pm me.

I suggest bringing hiking boots or good shoes. We will be hiking all around the front mountain. The Air Strip run in the front of the park has been closed to the 1:1's and it will make for a HUGE RC hill climb starting at the bottom and driving up to the top of the mountain. Weather should be perfect.  There are 3 or 4 covered patio pavilions on your right side when you drive into the park. Please park in that area. Everyone has to sign in at the Barnwell office & pay the $5 fee. The office has vending machines, an ATM machine, and bathrooms. There is cell service at the top of the mountain. |

Been closed for years Jeremy. Started with complaints from the people that live just at the bottom of the mountain through the trees, were complaining of noise and lights at night and the mornings.
