ETXRCC Scale Comp @ Barnwell Mountain ORV Park on 8/15

ETXRCC is hosting its second scale competition at Barnwell Mountain ORV Park in Gilmer, Texas on August 15, 2015.



The rules are posted on the ETXRCC facebook page, I'll try and post them here later. They are a watered down version of SORRCA rules.

Some of us LA guys are coming,but ive heard that this is a two day event but the flyer states from 5pm to midnight.I checked the FB page but saw nothing about it.Can you post more details here on RCC?Thanks

The scale truck competition is Saturday late afternoon into the evening and is the only event. It does have a late start time of 5PM in order to avoid the heat of the day. Competitor turn out will determine how late the comp will go. Large turnout = longer comp / small turnout = shorter comp

Barnwell Mountain ORV Park has cabins and bunk houses for rent, and I know that several people have rented them for Friday & Saturday night. I'm sure there will be small groups venturing off onto the trails.

CI will be there to help out and will have both new and used items for sale. If you want something brought to the competition to save shipping, please PM or email me.

If others would like to bring RC related items for a "swap meet", feel free to.
