Im looking for places and groups to meet up with. I have been out of crawling for some time but my boy is interested so theres yet another reason to knock the dust off of my rig. I was talking to Bill at RC Zone and he mentioned a group that gets together on Sundays. Has anyone met up with or know about this group? Merrell Park on Lake Grapevine was the last place I really liked and the water level was really low so there was a lot of cool terrain but that has been 8-10 years ago. Looking for some nice places to turn some rocks. |

I was in the group the season before it fell, the group got small and super competitive, there really wasn't any comrodery, no help, and new guys were kind of ignored, myself and a couple other guys tried to keep it more family but there were a few that took it to the next level and made it no more fun, that's why I got out, I'm wanting to get back in but I sold all my pro rigs and almost everything rc related, but still I'm itching to get back.

I picked up an old school berg a few months ago and have been wanting to get it out and play but the family and work have been pretty stingy with spare time.
