Here's something a little taller, somewhere between 5.5 and 5.75" tall
http://xtreme-rc-hobbies.net/store/p...products_id=39

They're a little spendy, but they work well on the rocks too. Also the workmanship is top notch

Here's another option in the 5" range

Or if you want to go for the real tractor tire look, check these out (cheap, too)

You might be able to put some clod tires and wheels on there. I'm not sure how tall they are, but they look like tractor tires

Have you considered cutting down the stock tires and rims?

I had them once before they were truly awesome in mud. Really tall, won't leak in water through the tread like cut tires. They do cost a lot though.

I've still got a set, they are awesome. I went the expensive route and now I have a complete set of single/duals and an extra set of tires. so if you want a set of tires (you'll need to narrow a set of clod rims) drop me a pm.
I keep looking at toy tractors all the time, just have'nt found the right size and look.

I was searching aroung on the net and found some possibilitys, peal tractors, the rear wheels look too big but some of the front ones have the chevron tread and I've seen sizes around 7".

attaching them to an rc axle may be tough but anything is possible with a little thought and work
the writing on the side of the tire says 8x1.75 http://www.pottersfarmtoys.com/scale...lastic_rim.htm

rototillers, bit big on this one, but other lawn and garden equipment might have something.
