Default Modified odd-ball 2.2 Moabs?

So for those of you out there with the odd tread pattern 2.2 Moabs... have you modified the center tread pattern? Or are you leaving it the way it is? It feels like with the odd center tread pattern <> that the tire will be too slick, won't grab as well.

Are people altering this center tread to allow more "bite" or has the stock odd-ball center tread not been an issue??

Heating up your tires with a dremel to make them sticky is cheating! That looks like it made a mess.

hey crawlak if you look at the center treads they are chunked. using the dremel he toke some meat out from inbetween the treads. to give it a better void and grip.
