| Foam overload
Anyone getting lost in their foam collection? I am to the point that I need to somehow label my foams so I know what they are, anyone got any tips? I thought maybe using a wire tie and some sort of label might work, what have you done?

Use a Sharpie Marker to put the type of foam on the inside or side of the foam.

Silver will work or use masking/painters tape & write on the tape & stick it to the inside of the foam.

I would just write on the inside of the foam as well.

I use the sharpie markers black and silver to mark the foams and my foam collection lives in a garbage bag so I can squeeze the air out of it to make it more easily stored. Overload? Maybe. |

Try putting each set of 4 in a 1gallon zip lock and label the bag w/ a sharpie. Thats what I do anyways. |

and no need for a silver or white marker. you can see black or red sharpie marks on the darker foams. | |

OR, since you have now come to the realization that you should have just gone with a vendors foam (less trouble, no extras, works like it's supposed to...) you could just cut it all up and make pillow.

| When I finally developed my foams I was in the same position . I had three large plastic totes full of foams from all manufactures as well as foams I had custom made. In order to clean up and make space, I had a large bonfire one day because a tree had fallen in my yard. I cut the tree up for the fire and then went through all my foams. Anything I found that was questionable, showed signs of foam break down, or could no longer be useful for modifying I burned. I then found a Texas club member on our state web site needing 2.2 foams and for the price of shipping I sent him 12 pairs or so of good quality foams I still had left. He got Panther F400's, ACE doughnuts, Vanquish foams, Pro-Line memory foams, Hot Bodies foams, NWT foams, etc. all for $6. I have tried every foam available before developing my own.
