Default Comp Rules on Spraying Tires?

Maybe I just have a bad memory but when I read the rules I don't remember them specifying if you are able to spray something like Simple Green or WD-40 on tires prior to a comp. If so maybe someone can create even better more purpose built sprays.

um...there's tons of sprays/rubs out there already. paragon and buggy grip are 2 of the best i've used on hard, indoor clay (i feel that this is the surface that closest resembles what we'd crawl on)

there is no restriction to tire treatments....at indoor comps people will even spray M77 adhesive on their tires.
