| Maybe I missed out...
I just noticed the 2 different tread patterns on Moabs. Some have the center lugs lined up, some have them staggered. I noticed it on 2.2's, I don't know if it's the same on 40's. What's up with this? My Moab's have the staggered pattern, while other's I see on here have the symmetrical setup. Did proline just change molds halfway through the production run? Nothin' important, just buggin me... Anyone know?

The 2.2 Moabs with the aligned lugs are a special edition, given out by Pro-Line only to the elite of the RC crawling world. They're known as Million Dollar Moabs. Here's mine |

Actually, when they moved the molds to China and started production, somebody fawked up and got them aligned wrong. The first few thousand sets have the lugs aligned like mine instead of staggered like they should be.

Do the aligned ones work better?

I can't tell the difference between either but then again my center lugs are cut.

There's no difference in performance. The MDM's just look goofy is all.
