Default Wheel weights

I'm new to crawling and would like to know if there is a common set of wheel weights that ppl use that are not the weights for real cars. i have a losi night crawler and the center of my wheel is to small for the real wheel weights to cars.

Lead sheet. Should be able to buy it from your hardware. Cut it into strips and roll it onto your rim. Use a bit of tape to hold it in place.
Alternatively you could buy some knuckle weights.

Buy a big roll of solder and wrap it around your rim.

+1.
Use the solder that people use for sweat fitting copper, it's pretty large in diameter compared to solder for electronics.
Once the solder is wrapped on, cover it with a couple layers of electrical tape.

You can get adhesive backed lead weights at just about any tire shop. They are usually separated into1/4 oz pieces so you can play around with different weights to tune your tire/wheel setup

You can fit "real" wheel weights on the Losi wheels. Here's mine with 4 oz stick-ons bent in a circle and covered with electrical tape. I left a small gap to poke through the tape for the vent holes.

I found a 1 pound roll of lead in the fishing section at walmart that works pretty good.
