Thanks man, both TCS and Horizon want stupid shipping fees - $43 or above, that's something when you can get 4 VP SLW V4s bead lock rings and hex hubs with shipping at USPS at the $15 flat rate, same for Crawler Innovations who supped 4 Sedonas and DD foams for the same price. Shipping rip off by TCS and Horizon don't think i'll bother

Thanks for the URLs though
Cheers

edited to add, same for RPP they want $38 and change, USPS don't even charge half that to ship, don't know why companies want to charge so much

philshobbyshop on eBay; $18 for 2 sets shipped and $21 per set of tyres. Took a bit of finding but think the crazy $40ish postage from the other sites spurred me on LOL!

Here is a link to order the tires and foams from Pit Bull, not sure what they will want for shipping, but it is another option for you to check out.

Thanks guys, from trying to buy and check out on that site only US and Canada are available as options, appears international shipping isn't an option. Will hit up the eBay option I think, cheers for the links though guys

I haven't figured that out either. $18 to ship a set of tires, and I'm only 4 states away...

I think if you go to the local hobby shop and order them they shouldnt charge ya shipping,of course you may pay a little bit more for the product also you are on the other side of the pond so i think your gonna find that shipping is gonna cost ya alot.

None of the local hobby stores carry these, though I haven't contacted Horizon who might have a local distributor - was mentioned earlier in the thread.

I don't mind ordering from the US, some times the exchange rate can mean it's the same price or cheaper than the UK, but i've ordered enough stuff to know that good vendors charge the right fees $15 flat fee by CI, VP D-Lux and others have supplied tyres, foams, wheels, bead locks, knuckle weights, links and all charge the flat rate from USPS of $15. It's the companies that charge $38, $43, $45 for the same service, that is just poor in my book. The postal fees shouldn't be an area that companies double and triple to just make pure, pure profit. Just a personal view though, and why I would never use those companies, vote with your wallet and all that

If I have to make an order with a company that has high shipping cost then I make sure I'm ordering lots of stuff to make it worth my coin, I know that isn't always the case for some. As a vendor we try to make the shipping a part of the price and sometimes we don't make our pricepoint but we try to offer the great service to our valued customers. Sometimes we eat the shipping costs.
Not tryin' to Hi-jack your thread
