Default Losi Zombie-Max tires...

anyone try them?
or have any more info on them (size)
the tread pattern looks like it would be great for the rocks
anyone know how this "red" compound is? as soft as moabs?

What? I really couldn't understand a word you wrote. I think a lot more people would run the Zombies if they were taller. A 5.5" tire on a clod/txt is just not enough for most people.

Moabs are about 7" i guess the 6.25 isn't aweful then, but still pretty small.

I have Zmobie MAXX 40 series on my Gecko II... I clipped the pins off to open up the area for better rock grab... I run them on Maximizer beadlocks with no foams and 2 air-holes per rim... Currently, I have about 3.5OZ of weight in each rim and some more would be beneficial I think.. But.. I CAN climb a rather sharp incline that an NN chassis couldn't get a grip on... They're VERY sticky, VERY grabby and work like a hot damn... They nmold to the rocks very well, the lugs with the pins removed have more than enough room to grab the bit sof rock pokin' out and so on... The only drawback, is the ground clearance.. It's a bit lower than I'd like, but hey... The tires work awesome...

Some of you may recognize the bigger one in the last picture as well as my truck... Mine, the black Dodge on the Gecko, was DangerRangers...
