I think the tires are fine with the weight, but I'm still waiting on a good solution for foams for such a heavy truck. I'm in the same boat as you, i.e. a heavy 1.9 rig.

Same here, a little more foam for a heavy truck. But they still perform great

I run them on my 10lb scaler and I use pro-line 2.2 memory foams 6197-02. They seem to work pretty good.

Just mounted mine up the other night and took them on a break-in run last night. Because I've never run that with my Flat Irons, I really can't say if they were better. I'll have to run my local trail to see how they do, especially with one section that's too steep to crawl up, but will see if the PB's can do it

I was surprised they were a little lighter than the FI's. FI's are 3.5oz and PB's were about 3.3oz. Not a lot, but I was thinking they'd be at least more

Lots of sidewall flex too. I actually need to add some weight to them anyway

I'm VERY excited to finally be able to post some pics in this thread...loving the PitBulls! Now that I have it painted and back together (for now) I got to actually try them out and they are soooooo sticky!!! I'm working on the wheel situation next.

This past weekend I put my new Pit Bulls on my Class 1 rig and ran it in Class 2 for the first time. For reference, I'm running medium 4.50" Crawler Innovations Double Deuce foams, no venting, and the rig is about 7-1/2 lbs. I think I could get away with soft outers, particularly in front, but honestly they worked so well I don't know that I would change a thing.
