Default venting maximizer beadlocks

wondering how those that run maximizers vent your tires. are there any air valves that can be fit in the wheel with out interference when mounted?

I used a hobby knife and cut out small X's in the tires in 3 different spots. When water does get in, driving it will rotationally push water out of the tires.
