Default aluminum pro10-like wheels?

just found these wheels that i quite like even though they are not what I'm looking for... Billet Machined 5 Spoke Type XF Off-Road 1.9 Size Wheel & Tire (2) (O.D.=114mm) for R/C or RC - Team Integy but don't want to spend money on rubbish, so... anyone else had them?

Integy has a bad rep with parts that will need to take a beating or wear or have internal moving stuff like a trans or diff.. Their wheels aren't bad I own a few sets myself some that I've had for years and some newer.

I wouldn't buy many Integy parts from what I've seen in person. The craftsman ship is usually pretty good, they just have very poor aluminum. That being said, I don't think poor aluminum would be all that catastrophic in a wheel. I would just be careful tightening any of the screws into the threads. I will also being trying some Integy wheels when I have the funds to order a set.

As far as the original post, as someone who owns 4 sets, I can tell you the wheels are very nice. Non-beadlocks of course. Black finish looks great, don't have a pic handy though. Getting a bit rare to find, they were listed as 8H F350 hop-ups.

I've got a few other sets of their wheels in various styles, never had an issue. Sometimes the styling is funky, make sure you can view them from all angles before ordering.

You guys are talking about integy?! Haha you don't want that crap..it falls apart and then... What do you do..no customer service from what I heard. Try to find a vendor on here that can make you a set, just don't buy integy you'll regret it one of these days!

Calm down fanboy. I've been running the set in question for years. They have not turned into pixie dust, blown away in the wind, and seeded fruits of stillborn inadequacy along the trail while wheeling - at least, not on my truck.

We're talking wheels here. Round. Easily machined. Hard to screw up. In fact, I've got 11 sets total. I like to think that I personally speak from experience. When something that I own pops up with a question, I can at minimum add my feedback on it and add some value to the post or help to the OP.

If you've had a set, feel free to chip in with your experience, good or bad. That would be a post worth reading. Generic raving and ranting talking points that pop up whenever the word Integy shows up in anyone's thread is old and predicable. With a dash of smartassery and a sprinkle of ignorance it's just flat annoying.
