I'll post them again then. What about the "official" thread with 350+ replies?

Alright guys, I've got some tips for putting KLR's on a Twin Hammers with stock wheels. When I first mounted them up I could just pull the tire off of the wheel with ease. I ordered a set of Locked Up Rc wheels and found out the beadlock rings from them mount up perfectly to the Vaterra wheels so I mounted a KLR to it and that held the tire in great. This is a simple and inexpensive solution if You want to keep Your stock wheels. The tires clear very well at full steering too. Also I am running DW foams that are for the TSL SX XL tire and they fit the tire just right for U4RC setup.

Got mine mounted on some VP KMC's decked out with Locked Up Rc's hardware
stuffed with Crawler Innovations 3004 single stage foams. I vented my tires with 3 2mm leather punch holes. Love these Ottsix!!! Let me Know when the silvers are back in stock

Some comparison shots. KLR (Blue) and Mad Beast Both with identical foams Crawler Innovations 3004 single stage

Overhead view

Same height but offer a wider track.

Mounted mine on stock Twin Hammers with some some laser cutted adapter rings. Tested them on the rocks and they are awsome!!! Great tires!!!

Do we have a special flavor of compound and foam for a 7-8 lb. rig?

I am running Silver compounds on my wraith with the soft Voodoo 2 stage foams. Truck weight is about 8lbs. Pretty happy with them.
