|  Axial BFG KR2 - R35 compound
after being on backorder for what seemed like forever, i finally got a hold of the R35 BFG KR2 tires from Axial. for those interested in running these, i took some pictures before mounting them up:      rubber compound and foams were what i expected, but i was surprised to see that they kept the internal webbing on this version... word on the street was that the R35 version wouldn't have any. they mounted up fine, so i think the bead may have at least been redesigned   anyways, i'll be sure to report back once i have a chance to test them  Last edited by 4RunnerKid; 04-27-2016 at 02:05 PM. |

Just like the Wildpeak tires, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you choose the right foams.

I just picked up a set of R35 Kr2s myself for my Yeti. Installed a set of CI 2.2 DW Standards in them and just like you experienced, they went on to my Motoworx wheels without much drama. I ran the stock S30 KR2s for a couple months and really liked them so I got high hopes for these. |
