| Something close to the Jeepspeed General Tires?
I'd like to do a Jeepspeed build once the Axial SCX10II kits are back in stock. Has anyone found a 1.9 tire with a simular profile and tread pattern as the General Tires used in 1:1 Jeepspeed rigs? |

At least not from any decent manufacturers. The only thing I've seen is some no-name tire on ebay, but it is for short course trucks (2.2"/3.0" wheels). I'm not super familiar with Jeepspeed. Google Image makes it seem like everyone runs General. Is this a rule? If not, I think the most appropriate tire would be the Proline 1.9 Baja T/A KR2. Obviously, it's not the same tire you are looking for, but it is reasonable (if not a great choice) for this style of racing. Also the RC4WD Dune T/A would look cool, but it's not the best tire and it is 2.2.

I think that RC4WD Dune is going to get me as close as possible. Thanks for finding that. I appreciate it! | |

General Tire sponsors Jeepspeed, that's why you see them all with Grabbers. However, no scale General tires exist yet.
