Hyrax vs rock beast

1.9X4.19 hyrax vs same in rock beast. Assuming CI soft foams. What do you think

The Rock beasts in their small size are 4.45" not 4.19....

That said Class one, Hyrax or Rc4wd Mtr's.... Class 2 Rock beast's or Tsl's.

Can't go wrong with either. Comes down to what looks better to you.

Both tires are great. One thing to remember is that, unless you get them during a Pitbull 50% off sale, the Pitbull tires will be substantially more expensive. For that reason, alone, I recommend Hyrax.

Hyrax and Rock Beasts are my two favorite tires.

I have no idea where you're getting your pricing or you're not comparing apples to apples. 1.9 Alien Kompound Rock Beast XLs are more than $2.46 more expensive than any Hyrax. Go to RPP and the Alien Rock Beast XL tires are $11.23 more expensive than 1.9 Hyrax in Predator compound. That's per pair so a set of four Rock Beast XLs is $22.46 more per set of 4. Yes, that's substantially more expensive by any math.

My price is from the reg rock beast. No one was asking about xl size tires from what I read. But yes 2.2 size are also more expensive.

I guess I missed the 4.19 part. Yes, the old Rock Beasts would be the obvious comparison. In that case you are correct. The tire prices are much closer between the brands. Sorry, I stand corrected.

Rock beast doesn't come in a 4.19...... hard to make a fair comparison
