Default Axial 1.55 bfg krawler?

Playing on the axial site and I came across these

Axial Racing - 1.55 BFGoodrich Krawler T/A Tires 3.2" - R35 Compound (2pcs)

Are they actually make them in this size? I want to do 1.55s on my next scaler build but don't really like the tire options for the size. I love my 1.9 krawlers. 1.55s would be super awsome. Anyone know anything or have any pictures of them?

Great find! Let the "new 1.55 rig coming from Axial" rumor starts.

But they have had R35 MT tires listed forever and those still haven't been offered for sale.

They come on the yeti jr if you want to see them. They are listed as in stock at tower hobbies.

Yes, I was eyeballing them for a build I'm working on but I think they will be a little too small unfortunately.

It could be worse

I saw them awhile back and was like whatever, but now I'm interested in them for either a Yj on 35s scaler or a pajero.

I think they'd be perfect size for a "mild" scaler. Something fun to drive down hiking paths and such

For the price it might be worth just buying the yeti jr

That's pretty close to the size I'm looking for. Too bad axial didn't make the krawler about that size, would be a great seller for them.

I picked some up in January for my Jimny (Losi MRC based scaler), but I haven't had any time to test them. They look great but they are definitely small. The Jimny is a "perfect" 1/10 scale (225mm wheelbase) and it's a tiny truck in real life, so they are just about perfect at 3.30" x 1.23". The only bother is that BFG doesn't make a 33" Krawler! And they look a little chunky. Oh well. Before these, I had the Mickey Thompson MTZ P3's which looked and worked well, but because there are hardly any decent tire options at this size, I was excited to see something else promising.

I grabbed some to try on a Tamiya Buggy.
For comparison. Left is a RC4WD 1.55 Mud Thrasher, middle off the Axial Yetti Jnr in 1.55 and the right is off the Axial Score Jnr in 1.55. However the score is a S/C tyre and one side is 1.55 but the other is something like 1.23 or something odd. Both are tiny in reality. Both have a soft feel but the foams are rubbish if you wished to use on a scaler . For my application on a buggy they may be ok.

Thanks! It's a fun little truck. I saw lots of these in Iceland, so I was excited to make one when I saw the body available from Tamiya. The design is very similar to the ECX Barrage, but I built it before the Barrage came out.
