Default Tire Care

Any one have some tips on tire care?

I have some Giant Tracs that are leaving a black powdery residue on my hands when I handle them. They seem a little dry to the touch. Its most likley the first stage of dry rot.

What could I put on the that would help restore them, but NOT make the slick?
