Default MOHERO 1.9" Alloy Beadlock Crawler Wheels

I have purchased a set of MOHERO 1.9" Alloy Beadlock Crawler wheels for my Axial SC10 III with custom foams, and the standard kits tires.

After replacing 32 small screws on the beadlocks (both sides), I ran my rig in the sand on the beach and in the dunes. All four tires slipped off the beads. So my question to you experts is WHY?

I thought beadlocks were suppose to hold them in place, but mine slip off, I just don't get it. Please help!

It's one of these, only you can know:

1. You didn't seat them properly.
2. They're sh!tty beadlocks
3. The beadlocks are ok but the tires have a weird bead.

I bought wheels That look just like yours except it was from RC Hub. The last wheel to come out of the packaging was badly stained on the aluminum wheel. I had already mounted the other three wheels. I contacted the seller with pictures. Instead of replacing the one wheel, he wanted all four. He knew I had mounted the other wheels. I wasn’t willing to go through taking them apart so I ended up repolishing it. Looks better but not like thE other three. Now you say they wheels might not hold the tires. This is disappointing. I suspect they might be crappy bead locks.

Did you wash the tires before mounting them? Lots of tires have some mold release agent on them that needs to be CV cleaned off or it can contribute to the bead working out of the wheel. Got any pics of what the inside of the wheels look like?

I ran those same wheels with cheapo injora tires, never had an issue like that. could be the tire bead and wheel are not compatible??

could be that the clamping ring/sleeve that goes inside the tire is not wide enough to properly clamp?? hard to say without seeing the tires and wheels in person.
