I used an old trick that has been used in offroad racing for years-we'll see how they do at GR in April

I think he ran them over some mid to heavy grit sand papre to chew up the treads?

Oooooooo those look pretty impressive. Got some time in them eh? Can't wait to see how they work out at GR. I want to try a set but seems not too many people like them. However, the new compound hopefully will fix that.

I don't use it because of that friggen 100KB limmit-makes it immpossible to post 90% of my pictures without raping the quality down to nothing.

Anywho, I cut a pair of grooves into the tip of my solding iron, let it get just hot enough to melt the rubber and grooved them up

Dude... Getting a good sized pic under 100Kb isn't that hard...

Sweet, I've thought of using a soldering iron as a groover
