Default Foam set-up for running mashers on mud and water?

hi i just have a set of foams that came with mi 2.2 proline mashers ... i will use normal rings maybe 2.2 revolvers

they will be used on my 2.2 truck that i am making with tlt axles and a custom chassis

my truck will be much of the time in gravel, mud and water...

-so i let the foams stock on the tire
-cut the foam on start pathern or any other pathern
-run the tires without foam

wich way perform better?

btw i dont have any other set of 2.2 tires... just the stock tires of the tlt

i ask this question because i only have one chance... because when i glue the tires there is no coming back

thanks

Run them without foams, as there will be no chance for the foams to get waterlogged, they will be fine.

I had a set of mashers for bashing and mudding.

I basically just rounded the tire to give me some sidewall traction. Take a pair of scissors and round the corners of the foam. Ran very well for me.

I wouldn't recommend star cut foams for this application.

well i think i will use the tires with the stock foams

if they last i will be happy

if they dont i will buy a set off swamp dawgs 2.2 for mud w/o foams.... and a set of mashers for normal bashing
well i dont know if i can afford this.... just pray for the foams last!!
