Default narrowed axials and narrowed M2K's

I narrowed a set of black chrome axials to use my narrowed M2K's on, rims are narrowed 10mm, what do you think?

I drilled the holes out to 1/8" and threaded the rear rings so there are only 6 screws to do each wheel....you can see how the sides are pulled in, in the last pic

3mm screws, drilled the front rings and the rims with a 1/8" drill bit, semi tight fit for the screws and tapped threads in the rear rings6 screws hold the rings, thats it, all you guys turning 24 per wheel have fun, 24 for all 4 rims suits me just fine

Did you glue the wheels together too? Is it hard to get everything lined up and the beads seated properly when installing new tires? I like the idea of tapping the backside rings.

the rims are glued, if the tires were not narrowed it would be real hard, but these went together real easy

thanks, it was really not that hard to do, but the drill press made it easy, and consistent, they are all within 1mm of each other, and roll our smooth
