I usually use 5/16" with 8/32 all thread and jato rod ends. Works out great for me and others I also have 1/4" rod I use for other stuff like chassis braces and steering linkage.

Thanks for all the help, I finally found the right size but I have one more question if I needed to make bent links out of delrin how would I do that? I was thinking of heating them up but then they would be fragile, I also thought of makeing a mold, any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

You also have to heat it carefully. If you heat it to fast or to long it'll deform when you bend it. Then it'll be weaker. Heat it slow and even.

all thread is a long stock of threaded rod you can pick it up at any local hardware store. |
