which tube bender?

I am looking to get a tube bender to bend 5/32" brass tube and also 3/16" brake lines. Any recommendations? Also, what is the trick to avoid tube collapsing when bending?

At last, does any know what was used to notch these squre brass tubing?

For the noches you can stack a few cutting wheels together and it will do the trick.
Do one side at a time to avoid any roundness.
