Default "Brazable" Materials

I know the obvious one of brake line but I was wondering of different types like sheet stock, bar stock, and square tube stock that there are. Also need to know places I can get the stuff. Thanks in advance for the help.

steel, brass, copper.. can all be brazed/soldered...

steel- u can get anywhere almost... lowes, home depot, fastenal, local welding shop...tractor supply... or if you need a real special size... check out mcmaster carr's website...

brass- same way as steel, lowes, home deopt ( but mainly rod and a few sizes of round tube), fastenal, KS online metals, mc master carr

copper- everywhere... seriously..

as far as shapes or forms... everything from sheet, bar stock, round tube, square tube, angle ( L shaped), hex rod, square rod, solid round rod, im sure you can find more shapes if you want...

Exclamation

Local hardware stores tend to carry small sheets (about 12inch by 12 inch and up)

They usually have small racks with everything PEDEcrawler had mentioned aswell.
