| How Do You Accuratly Bend Steel
hOW DO YOU BEND STEEL? like a 1/4 inch square

If it's solid then you heat it red hot and it bends like butter. If your doing a lot of bends you can make a bender like this. The radius of the bend is changed by different pin diameter. Here is 1/4" round chassis. |

Hey you do know there is a complete math process behind it also, I cant remember off hand the formula but it's something like radious x this x that = that By the way I used this in the comercial electrical industry ounce you lern the formulas they become second nature.... Im not sure how much they would help in the kind of stuff you guys are trying to learn and do but im sure it can help and give you an idea..
