I have always gotten mine from www.smallparts.com
Plus they have an awesome selection of delrin and other materials.Pretty cheap too,and excellent customer service.

X2 on the Mcmaster Carr. I just made an order about 10 minutes ago.

I have read on here that some folks can get it locally from FastenAll or Grainger, but neither of the two had it locally for me..mcmaster always has it..

Smallparts.com has had 5/16 listed as out of stock for a while now. Hopefully it'll come in soon!
