Default Tightest radius 3/16 tube bender out there

What bends the tightest repeatable bends? I have two benders now, but the bends are not tight enough for 1/10 chassis.

I made a bender using different size old sockets (3/8 and 1/4) welded to a steel plate, it works perfect and make awesome bends!!

Just build your own bender.....no offense to anybody on here that sells a bender, but you can make your own bender out of a piece of flat steel and like somebody above said just weld a few different diameters of roundstock on it or pretty much anything you can find that would give the bend you are looking for. I built mine out of stuff I pulled out of my scrap pile.

I see what you mean. I bought four of the smallest metal pulleys that lowes had, and am out of their swivel holder, and screwing them to a 2x4 for now. I'm just a DIY kind of guy whenever possible, and sometimes even practical.:-P

I use this bender and it works great. Its very cheap and super easy to use. Not the most crazy tight bends but still very good. The radius is small enough to use on a 1/10 scale build.(thats what Im using it for)

how do you keep the bolts AT 3/16" apart? use some kind of spacer between them?

No offense to you, but ever consider the fact that some of us don't own welders, have spaces to weld, or even have access to people that can weld. I'm an electronic technician that lives in an apartment. Brazing out, welding, definitely out. Cripes, I have a hard enough time finding a place to lay down some spray paint.

If I could weld, or have access to it, that would be great. But, not everyone has a full functioning metal fab shop in their garage.

No but a welding shop might charge you 15$ or less to weld the pieces together... Heck I'd do it for free...

So? That post was made for people that have the ability to make their own stuff. Since you don't have that ability, stop complaining and buy one.
