Default What tube/cage materials/techniques to use.

So i'm venturing into the scale category for the first time. Alot of great builder's on here are building their own roll cages and such. i was wondering what materials and techniques are you using to make them.

For one thing I can't weld cause my eye sight is worth squat, but i can solder and probably braze ok.

I figure brake line is too weak or will kink on tighter bends, blah, blah, blah.

Is a standarad brake line tube bender enough? Is JFab's "TuBender" wotrth the investment?

Soooo, i'd like very one;'s input on what materials they prefer and why, and what techniques you use to assemble the tubge/cage work and why.

Thanks
