Default Looking to make delrin bent links

I want to make some delrin bent rear links for a Berg Tracer. I need some help and have a few questions:
(1) Where is the best place to get the raw material delrin
(2) Can you bend delrin rods, and if so what's the best way?
If not, I'll have to make them out of sheet delrin.
Thanks!

I will be assuming your running 4mm rod ends.
Get some tube and 4mm all-thread from http://www.mcmaster.com/
insert all-thread into tube, screw on rod ends(make sure its a tight fit)
heat with heat gun until the delrin just turns shiny (not too hot!)
bend,let cool.

Another option you may consider is making them out of delrin sheet. What I did is make a two sided template out of wood and then used the router to cut them out. Once I had the basic shape, I used a 1/4 round to round the corners. Then took them over to the drill press, locked them in the vise straight vertical and drilled a hole in each end centered. This process worked sweet and was extremely fast. The most difficult part was making the templates out of the wood and getting them right. The rest was just following the template.
