| bending brass tube!
im sure this question has come up before, im trying to bend 7/32 brass tube for bumpers and a cage. i have tried heat and i just cant get it to bend more than 45 degrees without kinking. what is the trick? im using a break line bender is there a better tool?

i have heard of people using sand, like play sand. feeling the tube with it and then bending it, it gives support and cushion tobend on so that it does kink.

that does work, or you could go for the more obvious solution and use rod instead. since it is solid, it wont kink.
