Default tool to make links

I saw on here a long time ago a tool that center the drill to make links. Does somebody have the link. Or know where to get them.

What size link and what pilot drill do you want to use. I have to cut a couple of similar projects and I can knock out one for you for nothing while I am in there. Need your address too.

If you have acess to a lathe it's quite easy to make them, get some round stock, for 1/4 use a 1/4 bit and drill 1/2 watt through the stock, then drill a .098 the rest of the way through for 3m rod ends.
