I want to take this: and thread one of these: What diameter does the rod need to be turned too? Googled it but couldn't find and help :( I want to thread 10/32 |

10-32 and 10-24 dies will thread 3/16" rod no problem You can even get an 8-32 die to work if you are careful and use a cutting oil of some sort
