I just picked up a 4'x8' sheet of .030 from Professional Plastics yesterday and it seems Perfect. Very flexable

I agree, .030 seems just right.

I live in a real small area and I'm able to pic up scrap lexan (.030 up to 1/2" thick) for a real good price from a local glass shop. The last time I stopped he had a 14"x36" piece of 1/8" black lexan that he gave me for $5. I used it to make a servo guard and new cab for my bully using a jig saw, dremel and small hobby files.
