Default Harbor Freight Cheap Heat Gun!

While going into Harbor Freight to pick up some clamps and shrink wrap I saw a decent heat gun on sale....had to get it!

Turns out Harbor Freight and Tools has a 1500 watt dual temp heat gun for $12.99!! 6' power cord with 2 setting 1112 deg High and 572 deg Low.

Brand is Drill Master check it out!

Yeah I have bought a similar heat gun from them too,'mine is made by Chicago electric though. Its also 1500 watts and 2 settings. I bought it after seeing prices at sears and other stores (stickershock) so I went to HF instead

I got one from them as well. It's cheap, and I do not expect for it to last long. But, with what I used it for... I like it!

I've got the Chicago one as well. Can't say anything bad about it. Used it to bend delrin and even warped a stock scx10 bevel gear trying to warm up a seized bearing for removal

Harbor freight does have good prices but you have to check things out as some tools they sell are so inferior they don't do the intended job. I bought a pipe thread there and it broke without making good threads on the first pipe.
