I've never tried it, but Delrin is hard to bend so it stays in that shape. You might be able to heat the area you want to bend first.

Delrin is fibered plaxtic, you will need ot heat it till it starts to sag, then form to the shape you want it to stay in......make a form to lay it over.and use welding gloves or mechanics gloves to hold it will be over 250 degrees

Default Just a thought

I have never worked with any delrin before but this might work. I did this with 3/4" pvc conduit, I needed a pc the had a zig-zag in it. So I drew the pattern I needed on a pc. of 3/4" plywood, them I hammered nails in just enough so that they would stay, I put them on the outside edges of the pattern I drew. Finishing nails work best because they have almost no head. I then heat the pc. of conduit with a propane torch until it was warm enough to bend, Then I put it between the nails on the plywood and let it cool.(actually I poured cold water on it to cool it off because I didn't want to wait. Anyway it turned out great. I think this would work for you and with the pattern you would be able to bend your links exactly the same everytime. Hope this helps. Brian
