Default Tubing Notcher

Does anyone know if the tubing notcher sold at Harbor Freight for 39.99 is worth the money. It looked like an easy way to fish mouth tubing at different angles with a drill and correct tip. Thanks in advance for any help.

that's meant for bigger tubing....if you have a dremel, it's not really worth it...
