Default Scissiors & Nippers for tires?

What is your best choice of cutters for removing tire lugs? Scissiors or nippers? Where did you get them?

the Mac p301704 (pictured with the plastic over the handles) is what I use.

Mac mini pliers set of 5 in zip up case in great condition p301700x | eBay

( a hell of a deal might I add)

when i cut up my sedonas, just used a little sidecutter from ace. a flush cut side cutter would have saved some hassle though.
