Default building tuber ???

Ok I'm ready to build my first tuber. i want to try and make the best as I can. my question is when i fish mouth my tube can i sand down the outer edge of the tube for a thicker brass/bond? because I want to be able to sand down the joint's and make it look as one. i don't want to be sanding the joint so it will be weak.

Depending on how you braze it,you won't need to sand it.If you melt it right it will conform to the joint seemless.

Depending how tight your joint is, it should flow nicely..

aluminum would work I would think but alot of care would have to go into the design so the frame is SUPER rigid. If it has any flex it will crack.
