Default Rod drilling jig ?

Can someone turn me a steel cap that will fit over an 8mm delrin rod and center drill with a #8 sized bit for 8-32 set screws ?

Doesnt neet to be hardened as I only need to drill 20 or so holes.

Thanks.

Not to miss lead you but I think one of the vendors offers that. Do a search in vendors market.

First, are you sure you want a #8 bit? It is 0.199" diameter.
This is going to sound a little strange but this is how you could piece one together.
Get a 5/16"OD drill bushing for a #29 McMaster-Carr Not sure why this one is so long, but they didn't have a shorter option.
Then add a 5/16" ID sleeve with part of it on the drill bushing and part open to put the link in. McMaster-Carr

These may not be the cheapest parts but you get the idea.
