yup, Delrin is a type of plastic. The blue gears are also made of delrin.

You can get many flavors of Delrin at www.mcmaster.com

Also msc has a good delrin selection, along with many other plastic's and metals.

Thanks. That Twin article has been reprinted twice that I know of...who knows, might've been printed again.

No real updates on the tranny.

Started work on the other tranny plate but other things came up.

Made a brake cam for it the first week or so of the month.

Theres a few threads regarding this, but basically shim up the 2 lower sun gears with one of the 3mm nuts, and then grind down the upper plastic nub to compensate for the gear height changing.
