yup, Delrin is a type of plastic. The blue gears are also made of delrin. You can get many flavors of Delrin at www.mcmaster.com |

Also msc has a good delrin selection, along with many other plastic's and metals.

Theres a few threads regarding this, but basically shim up the 2 lower sun gears with one of the 3mm nuts, and then grind down the upper plastic nub to compensate for the gear height changing. Search locking pede tranny |
