If its bending while your trying to steer. Sounds like you need a stronger link? If you make out of 8/32 all thread and some thick wall aluminum or brass tubing, it should hold up pretty well.

i sleved it twice, 6-32 all thread then a tight fitting tube, then another tube to fit tight over the links

Tube made of what?

If something bends.....add bulletproofness.

6-32 is hardly strong enough IMHO for a super class rig. Maybe for a 2.2 class rig. On my supers,I use #8 minimum and sometimes #10 depending on the length for steering linkage and lower links. I then sleeve the all thread with 1/4" brakeline thats sleeved with 5/16" brakline. Very strong set up. If that bends, get some 1/4" stainless round bar and cut threads on the ends to fit the rod end of your choice. Heavy,yes.....but it's pleanty of bulletproofness.

Are your knuckle attachments too tight? Can you turn the wheels by hand, or are they stuck?

It is very easy to overtorque the caps for the ball ends on the knuckles.

Gasshead, please post a pic..

Is the link actually bending or are you just talking about the link is moving back and forth due to the play in the rod end balls?

What servo are you running?

If they are bending, then you have your knuckles to tight as TJ just mentioned.

You can always drop the lockout position down some and run a straight tierod, instead of a bent one.
