| Another speed controller conversion question...
I have looked up the proceedure for changing the wiring on the 14.4v speed controller to run one battery and one motor. My question is, once this is done, can you run more than a 7.2 pack through it? I want to run an 11.1 volt LIPO on a single motor. The reasoning behind it is that I have lots of 20t thru 75t motors around and a few 11.1 lipos's too. I just want it simpler: one motor and one battery. But can the speed controller take the 11.1 on this mod?

Yes. The internal BEC is rated for 26v, so you can run a single 3s lipo through that side of the esc just fine, even a 4s lipo if you desired. Just gear accordingly for your setup/needs.
