3.2mm and 5mm refer to the shaft size and what size pinions you'll need. The winds all depend on what you do with your Maxx. Although I'm sure both are fast, the 4.5 is faster and probably a little less run time. |

Indeed. The 6.5 version is the best of the bunch in terms of reliabilty and temps, and run time- good speed too. But headover to the traxxas forum, much better place to get normal E-maxx related answers....
